The Regional IT Governance Manager will define and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and effective use of information technology. This role includes assessing IT risks, managing cybersecurity threats, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Salary: THB 120,000 - 150,000 (base on qualifications & experience)

Key Roles Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

  • Assess and mitigate IT risks, including cybersecurity and data privacy concerns.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to establish and enforce IT controls and standards.

  • Conduct IT audits to evaluate control effectiveness and compliance.

  • Provide guidance for IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and data migrations.

  • Develop and execute regional IT strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead regional IT teams, providing technical assistance and resolving issues.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend IT system enhancements.

  • Ensure regional IT operations adhere to security protocols and best practices.

  • Collaborate with IT teams in affiliate companies on regional initiatives.

  • Provide oversight to ensure effective data management risk mitigation.

 

Key Qualification: The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, with a master's degree being preferred. They should have over 20 years of experience in IT leadership roles, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, software, and emerging technologies.

 

Experience in managing IT operations across multiple locations is essential. The candidate must have strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
